    Order Proof: When returning an item, please make sure to include the original order proof or invoice so that we can verify your purchase record.

    Return Shipping: Unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of the package.

    Refund Method: Refunds will be refunded to the original payment method. We will process the refund after we receive and inspect the returned product. Please note that it may take 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
    Partial Refund: If the returned product does not meet our return conditions, we will decide whether to provide a partial refund or refuse the refund at our discretion.

    Currently, we do not provide exchanges. If you need a different size or style of product, please request a return and place a new order.
